Mulberry/handmade papers

The challenge for this week is a hard one, at least I think so. I find it hard to use those beautiful Mulberry or other handmade papers, always afraid to ruin it. So hopefully you will give others and myself inspiration to not only stash but actually use those beautiful papers! Vicky B. came up with this great challenge idea.

Die Herausforderung für diese Woche ist recht schwierig, finde ich zumindest. Es fällt mir schwer, diese wunderschönen Mulberry oder andere selbstgeschöpfte Papiere zu benutzen, fürchte immer alles zu ruinieren. Hoffentlich kannst Du den anderen und mir Anregungen geben, diese wunderschönen Papiere nicht nur zu Stapeln! Vicky B. dachte sich diese tolle Herausforderung aus.

De uitdaging voor deze week is een lastige, tenminste dat vind ik. Ik vind het altijd zo moeilijk om het prachtige Mulberry en handgeschept papier te gebruiken. Dus hopenlijk  komen jullie met een heleboel inspiratie voor mij en ik denk vele met mij om dit prachtige papier niet alleen te sparen om echt te gaan gebruiken. Vicky B. gaf ons dit geweldige idee.

    oh I know I’m very late with this and I didn’t even make anything with Mulberry paper….but….I did get some pics of silkworms eating Mulberry leaves at my sons kindy! I know it’s not the same but it’s mulberry before it becomes paper??? don’t actually know how mulberry paper is made.
